The three formats that work

The organisational traps
Seasickness for one participant in ten (plan sheltered water and remedies), weather (lock a fallback date INTO the contract), non-swimmers (not a question for the night before), and alcohol — the anchorage aperitif yes, the sailing afterwards to the professional skipper only.
The logistics that reassure
Go through professionals with skippers: business insurance, guaranteed capacity, a single invoice. Groups beyond 12 mean several boats (passenger regulations) — actually a blessing: the flotilla creates the buzz. Book 4-8 weeks ahead for May-June and September slots, the golden months of the nautical offsite.
Where to do it
