Boat rental statistics: the market’s real numbers
Every night, Boat-Comparator records the prices actually displayed by the major rental platforms (Boataround, SamBoat, Click&Boat, GlobeSailor) across 183 destinations. This page publishes the aggregates — the only ones freely available — and updates automatically.

- 6,495 real offers aggregated in a typical August-week search (audit of 8 July 2026), a median of 63 offers per destination.
- Platform coverage (destinations with at least one offer): SamBoat 102/103, Click&Boat 102/103, GlobeSailor 101/103, Boataround 67/103 (charter specialist).
- The same boat, on the same dates, routinely lists with a 10–25% spread between platforms — the reason comparators exist.
Methodology
An automated collector queries the platforms nightly on a rotating sample of destinations, for departures roughly 30 days out. Recorded prices are the publicly displayed ones (median, minimum, maximum per destination and type). No extrapolation: only actually published prices are aggregated. The figures on this page recompute at every nightly rebuild.
