Ashore, what strikes you on leaving Marina Kremik are the dry-stone walls climbing the hillside. A study by Goran Andlar and colleagues, published in 2017 in Acta geographica Slovenica, identifies nine classes of terraced landscape along the Croatian Adriatic and singles out the terraced vineyards of Primošten as the most notable example of terrace building carried out just after the Second World War — a dry-stone undertaking of the first agricultural cooperatives, newly planned yet inspired by the surrounding landscape patterns (see the study). September: +14% on the face of it, on a sample too thin to conclude

The median moves from €351 for August outings to €401 for September ones, i.e. +14% — but across only three readings each side, and we draw no conclusion. On a 33-offer catalogue, two entry-level sailboats dropping out of the planning are enough to shift the median by that much.
