Six harbours along seven kilometres of serrated coast

Mallorca’s south-east coast strings cala after cala, and nearly each one has its harbour (OpenStreetMap records): the Marina de Cala d’Or 400 m away at the head of its cala, the Port de Portopetro and Reial Club Nàutic Portopetro about 2 km out, Club Nàutic de Portocolom at 6.3 km and Cala Figuera at 6.8 km — one of the last intact fishing harbours on the island. Further away, Porto Cristo (20.6 km), Colònia de Sant Jordi (20.8 km) and Club Nàutic Sa Ràpita (23.7 km, 400 berths). In between lies the Mondragó natural park and its pale-sand coves. The median falls from €580 for August outings to €542 for September ones, that is −7%: a modest drop, comparable to Palma (−11%) but far from Skiathos’ −18%. On this coast the late-season argument is mostly about room: the coves of Mondragó and Cala Figuera, saturated in August, become workable again.
