Four harbours crowd the head of the gulf (OpenStreetMap records): Port de Mandelieu, Port de la Rague, Cannes-Marina and the Port Communal du Riou; Théoule is two kilometres away, La Galère three and a half. Heading west, the red rock of the Estérel starts immediately: Théoule, the Pointe de l’Aiguille, La Figueirette, then the calanques as far as Cap Roux. Heading east, the Lérins islands close the bay.
